What browsers do you support?
We currently support Chrome 10, Firefox 3.6, IE8, and Safari 4. Chrome 9, Firefox 3.5, Safari 3, IE7 and IE6 are no longer officially supported browsers. Return to topIs our data backed up and secure?
Your data is backed-up nightly (including 30-day trials). Roadmap relies on Hosting.com, a recognized leader in high-end hosting, for redundant hosting services. We’ve combed the Google forums, and found this remedy which has helped some of our users:- In Chrome, click the “wrench” icon in the upper-right, and select “Options”
- On the left side of the Options page, select “Under the Hood”
- Under section “Network”, click the button “Change proxy settings…”
- In the Internet Properties window which opens, click the button “LAN settings” (Figure 1)
- In the LAN Settings window which opens, ensure that the “Automatically detect settings” checkbox is not checked (Figure 2); and click OK
The fine print: This remedy has helped Roadmap users as well as the wider Chrome user-base. Yet, best to check with your IT staff (if applicable) before making the change. Roadmap / PPMLite, LLC cannot take responsibility for any problems arising from this change.
