Roadmap Accounts
All accounts start with a 30-day free trial which are fully functioning and do not have any limitations. If you do not upgrade to a paid account — Basic, Plus, or Pro — during the trial period, your account will continue to be accessible but limited to read-only. Upon upgrading, your credit card will be charged immediately. The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis, starting on the 30th day after the upgrade to a paid account.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Your data is backed-up nightly (including 30-day trials). Roadmap relies on
Hosting.com, a recognized leader in high-end hosting, for redundant hosting services. Hosting.com is SAS 70 certified. As an added convenience, users can export their portfolio data to an Excel file at any time (at no charge).
