Basecamp Set-Up. You will need your Basecamp site address and a Basecamp API Token. Each Basecamp user has a unique token, and it's best that you use a token from a user with access to all Basecamp projects. Watch Working With Basecamp for more details.
Importing & Exporting. Click on the Basecamp icon to see the import and export menu options.
Last imported Status. Mouse-over the Basecamp icon to see the timestamp of the last import from Basecamp.

Why isn't my Basecamp project showing up in Roadmap?. The most probable cause is that you may be using a Basecamp API Token from a Basecamp user who does not have access to the project in Basecamp.
Creating Basecamp projects in Roadmap. To create a project simultaneously in Basecamp and Roadmap, you must have your Basecamp Integration sync method set to "Nightly Import & Real-Time Export".
Will deleting Basecamp projects in Roadmap delete them in Basecamp?. No, the Basecamp API does not support deleting projects outside of Basecamp. If you delete a Basecamp project in Roadmap but it reappears, assuming you did not also delete it in Basecamp, more than likely you're still importing the project every night.
Can I edit the Basecamp project status (active, on hold, archived) in Roadmap?. No, the Basecamp API does not support editing project status outside of Basecamp. To change the status in Roadmap, make the change in Basecamp first, then reimport the project and Roadmap will detect the change and update the status.

Basecamp API Limitations. There are two well-known limitations with respect to 3rd party applications like Roadmap: 1) It's not designed for high-speed, high-volume exports; and 2) It does not support true synchronization where each system tells the other what's the most recent version.
